"When they delivered this item I turned it on and it worked fine for 10 minutes then turned off and would go on and off. I had to call Samsung and they sent a tech about a week later. He changed out a part and now it works fine. Other than that problem the picture on the TV is excellent. "

"Very happy. Picture is great. New Model is Out, Who cares can't go wrong. The Only thing is when delivered the guy came by himself I had to help bring it upstairs with him. "

"The set is a 120 hz refresh rate but when it displays the pixel x pixel x refresh rate it displays 60, not 120. I called their "help" line and they told me to acccept on faith that the set is 120 and the display is supposed to be that way. OMG, I have faith but not in Samsung's support people. "
